2026 Winter–Spring Growth Opportunities
Sunday Morning Bible Studies. These studies began on January 18 and meet at 9:15 AM at the church. They include classes for various ages:
Adults — Introduction to Covenant Theology: This class explores the Bible’s overarching narrative of redemption by tracing God’s covenantal dealings throughout history and showing how they find their unity, fulfillment, and meaning in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Team taught by Matt Loughry and Lane Cohee.
Middle and High School Youth — Join fellow youth in learning from the book of Hebrews how to stand firm in your faith by standing firm in Christ.
Elementary Kids — Our children are working their way through all of Scripture using The Gospel Story curriculum by Marty Machowski.
During the Week
Men’s Bible Studies – Studying Hebrews. All groups meet at the church. Three meeting time options, beginning January 20:
Tuesday morning, 6:30–7:45 AM
Tuesday morning, 9:30–10:45 AM
Tuesday evening, 7:00–8:15 PM
Women’s Bible Studies – Studying Acts. Two meeting time options, beginning January 13 & 14:
Tuesday morning, 9:30–11:30 AM, meeting at the church
Wednesday evening, 6:45–8:30 PM, meeting at the Timmerman home
Community Group Study – Studying the grand narrative of God’s redemptive work in the world using Jon Nielson’s video series Tracing God’s Story. Meets Thursday evenings, 6:30–8:30 PM at the Skinner’s home (1306 N. Stone St., DeLand), starting January 22.
